Good value, helpful service. The breakfast was savoury, the staff was gentle, great wi-fi. Room was budget and had iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee. Decent view from the window, relaxing bed. Brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk to a 14th-century hilltop castle🙂

Pretty much what I expected: unique hotel, well priced. Location was top, staff was cool. Close to a train station, within walking distance of a supermarket and the shops. Fascinating view, a spacious balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Breads, cheese, jam, pastries and scrambled eggs for breakfast were fresh.

Friendly service and cool room. Next to stores and a market in La Spezia. Besides, it was not too far away from downtown, that worked for us...

The hotel was fairly clean with CONVENIENT location and just good rooms. Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was comfortable enough, we had a great great experience. They were helpful and helpful with requests.
Laundry service was missed.
